The project concerns two operating hotels, located in central Athens. Both KUBIC Hotel and Pythagorion Hotel, featured 56 rooms over 7 floors, while after the renovation both properties will be offering 112 rooms. The remaking of Brown Kubic is taking place while the hotel is still operational. Our team is working to transform the discreet ambience of the hotel into a thrilling modern jungle. The hotel will be complete with a café/bar, meeting and banquet facilities, a fully equipped gym, a playroom, as well as a rooftop terrace that enjoys a breath-taking panoramic view of Athens.
