The Acquisition Analysis Process

Stage one of the Acquisition Analysis process begins with a detailed feasibility study, which includes the brief and business plan. We then move on to the due diligence and legalisation stage, and finally to the acquisition, which includes a survey of the building, clearance of the site and the asset takeover.  

 
 
 

The Detailed Design Process

During the stage of the Detailed Design process, a final study is provided, before proceeding with permitting and planning. Finally, architects, MEP and structural submit a more detailed design prior to issuing all necessary tenders.

 
 

The Preliminary Study Process

The Preliminary Study process begins with the engagement of primary consultants, such as Project Managers, Architects, Structural and MEP. The preliminary design follows and secondary consultants are engaged right before moving forward to the design and construction of mock-ups.

 
 
 

The Execution Process

This is the final stage of our process, which includes procurement, supervision and construction, opening and handover. On this stage, supervision of the project is necessary from all consultants in order to approve materials and drawings, before the authorities handover, operational licensing, testing and commissioning.
