
EGNATIAS THESSALONIKI
The property is a well-known, exceptional building in Thessaloniki. The building is listed and has been awarded with the title “work of art” in the Government’s Gazette, by the Ministry of Culture. It is built over basement, ground floor, mezzanine, three typical floors and a recessed floor.
The building was originally constructed as a hotel in the late 1920s. In 1995 it was transformed into an office building, and in 2012 it was converted into a college and housed until recently the Mediterranean College.
