The project involves the conversion of two adjacent buildings into a single hotel property. The two buildings where built in 1937 and are believed to have been originally constructed as one property and later split into separate tobacco warehouses. The buildings are both listed and are located in the historical, culturally protected center of Thessaloniki.

The joint properties will also allow the development of a Condo Hotel, which will incorporate residential units in addition to the hotel.
